    Role: As Global Training & Marketing Programmes Manager, you will develop a scalable and cost effective world class solution to educate INQ retailers across the world on how to sell INQ in line with the global channel strategy. The role requires you to develop and communicate the vision, and then execute creatively on that vision across all the hard realities of global retail. Some of the programmes may include: retailer training, in- store demonstrator recruitment, merchandising and collateral. You will own and develop relationships with local channel marketing managers and understand their individual needs for managing a number of marketing initiatives locally. You will develop partnerships with brand partners and be able to think through the mind of an 18-24 year old urban, trendy, sociable person. What do they care about?

    Experience: It is likely that you will have run a similar global program previously for a fashion, phone or other consumer brand and understand how to take technical product language and turn it into real benefits that a consumer would care about. To be successful in this role, you will have experience of driving global marketing programmes and an understanding of mobile operators and phone marketing. In addition you will have worked either within, or managed as a client, a marketing/creative agency.

    This role will require a considerable amount of travel initially to set up this program, and ongoing travel to maintain.
