Function: Operations
Location: LondonRole: An excellent opportunity has arisen within our busy but friendly and dynamic new office to be part of the core administration team.
As the first point of contact for the business, you will ensure that the vision of INQ is established for every visitor, employee and stakeholder. You will assist the office manager in the day to day running of the office, ensuring that supplies are well stocked, liaising with key suppliers and assisting with related invoice processes. You will be required to provide secretarial services when necessary and from time to time provide PA cover to members of the Senior Management team.Experience: In this exciting and fast paced environment, a high level of communication skills is essential coupled with an outgoing and ‘can do’ attitude. A self motivated and flexible approach will be key in ensuring success.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of an office environment along with excellent organisation and administration skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
