Global Purchasing and Logistics Officer
Function: Operations
Location: LondonRole: To coordinate and execute the end-to-end administration of Sales Orders between INQ and our customers, as well as the Purchase Orders between INQ and the suppliers across all sales regions. You must be able to fine tune the processes and tools and provide a global platform for the Sales Admin function for all sales regions, you will also have to run the weekly forecasting/order intake calls (CPFR) with the key customers.
Experience: You must have broad/demonstrable experience in an international organisation as order handling and/or logistic coordinator. You are a very organised person, able to track complex order logs across multi customers and multi suppliers, and have extensive experience with ERP system like SAP or Oracle as well as with the end-to-end logistic processes involved in international transactions. You are able to maintain a professional information flow towards the client, both in written and verbal form. Also experience working in a busy and diverse environment, knowledge of manufacturing for IT/Telecom related products is preferable. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Degree or equivalent qualification in a logistic or supply chain background and relevant administrative qualifications desirable.
