    1. Where can I download PC Suite for INQ¹?

      You can now download the PC Suite software for Windows from the PC Suite Download page.

    2. What's the easiest way to manage my music and photos on my INQ¹?

      Start by downloading DoubleTwist on your Mac or PC and follow the instructions. If you then connect your INQ¹ you'll be able to easily listen to tracks from your phone, move pictures around and copy files from your computer to your phone or the other way around.

    3. Can I read email from my gmail account using my INQ1 mobile phone

      To read your email from Gmail account you can choose to use either the 'Email on 3' or the downloadable Google Mail application.

      If you have Email on 3 installed, you can simply add a new email account and select Google Mail.
      Alternatively, you can download the Google Mail application from the internet via "Switcher > Google > Google Mail" and follow the steps to download and install it on your INQ1.

    4. Is the INQ¹ available in my country?

      INQ¹ is available in more and more countries. To check availability click here.

    5. Can I send wallpapers to my friends?

      Yes. Menu > My Stuff > Photos > Pictures folder, then select the wallpaper you want to send, Options > Send as, then choose how you want to send it – as a picture message, via Bluetooth, email or upload to Facebook.

    6. Does my INQ¹ support HSDPA?

      Yes, your INQ¹ is an HSDPA device. HSDPA stands for High-Speed Downlink Packet Access, sometimes known as '3.5G'. HSDPA is much faster than ‘normal’ 3G.

    7. Are there more INQ mobiles planned?

      We are constantly trying to find ways to improve on the handsets and services we offer. Keep an eye out on this website, where we issue updates about anything new we're up to.

    8. What type of memory card does my INQ¹ take?

      Micro SD. We have tested up to 2GB card sizes, and do not recommend using larger sizes.

    9. How do I get on the internet from my INQ¹?

      You can access many internet services via the browser which is a simple click from the Start Screen. If you want to browse the internet. You also can access the browser from the handset menu.

    10. What is the Application Shop?

      The application shop give you some of the best games and applications available for your INQ¹.
      You can find it in Menu > Apps > MShop

    11. Can I listen to music on my INQ¹?

      Yes. Your INQ¹ comes with its own music player. And with last.fm built in you can scrobble your tunes and view live charts.

    12. Can I transfer music tracks from my computer to my INQ¹?

      Yes, you can. Use the USB cable to connect your INQ¹ to your Mac or PC and make sure the data transfer mode is set to Memory card transfer if you cannot access your files. ( Menu > Settings > Advanced > Connectivity > Memory Card Transfer > Activate )

    13. How many tracks can my INQ¹ hold?

      The size of the internal memory card you have installed will determine the amount of music you can hold. Typically a 1GB memory card can hold 300 songs.

    14. How do I know if I am in 3G coverage?

      Your INQ handset will identify this to you in the top left of the screen on the handset by the signal bars – the display will say 3G.

      If you're outside of 3G coverage it will say 2G. You can still make and receive voice calls, use Skype, FaceBook, WLM and send and receive Text & Picture Messages.

    15. Will it work abroad?

      Your INQ¹ will work like a normal mobile when overseas, and therefore you will be able to make normal voice calls and send and receive SMS whenever you are on a GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 or UMTS 2100 network.

      Check with your operator for detailed information about using your INQ¹ for voice calls/sms, skype, windows live messenger, and internet including facebook and widgets at your destination.

    16. How do I reinstall an application I've uninstalled?

      Every application for INQ1 that can be ininstalled should be available for download from MShop.
      If you can't find it in MShop please contact your operator to notify them of this problem.

    17. Can I customize the text or select a theme for my INQ¹?

      INQ¹ applications do not currently support multiple font sizes or additional preset themes.

      You can customize your INQ¹ wallpapers with any photo, image or illustration; add your selection of widgets; and choose your own sounds and ringtones from normal mp3 music files to really make it your own.

    18. How many events can I store in my calendar?

      You can store up to 20 events at any one time in the calendar.

    19. How can I find out more about software updates?

      Keep an eye out on our blog for announcements. Any updates will be made available for download from your INQ¹ where possible.
