Role: As a Senior Software QA Lead, you will develop the testing strategy & team and lead the testing efforts across INQ’s Android & cloud-based software. You are the one that leads the software QA engineers alongside the development team to ensure we ship high-quality products on time. You will set up the automated test framework for the underlying software that powers consumer facing mobile & web apps. You will work with developers and product managers to develop comprehensive test suites that you will verify through both manual & automated testing.

Experience:
● A background in software development, not just test. This is not a “management only” role – you will help design test APIs, design tests, write automated test scripts and design test tools.
● Experience leading a significant test team on mobile products (preferably Android handsets) and web products (knowledge of webservers, e.g. Tomcat).
● Experience with designing test strategies.
● Experience in building a QA team.
● JUnit testing a must.
● Experience leading a team of software engineers that utilize modern software practices to deliver commercial software.
● Experience with Agile software practices.
● Willingness and desire to lead the organization to execute INQ’s vision.
● Outstanding team player with excellent communication skills.
● Undergraduate CS/CE/EE degree.
● 7+ years experience.
● Experience in leading teams of at least 5-7 QA engineers.
