What can I do with Skype on my INQ Mini 3G?
Skype is an internet service which you can use to make free voice calls to other Skype users around the world. With Skype on your INQ Mini 3G you can talk to Skype users at their computer or on their mobile phone. You can also chat to friends on Skype using Skype chat.
NOTE: Skype is not available in all markets.

I haven't used Skype before. How do I create a new account?
From the Skype, scroll to and open Skype. Select ‘Create Account’ and follow the on-screen instructions (entering your full name, a Skype name, password and email address). If your preferred Skype name is not available, you will need to enter a different one.

Can I use the same Skype account as I use on my computer?
Yes. Your INQ Mini 3G is designed to allow existing users to enjoy Skype wherever they are. Your same Skype name and friends on Skype will appear wherever you choose to log in to Skype. You can't be logged in to two phones simultaneously, so you will need to log out of any other phone before you can access your Skype account on your INQ handset. However, you can be logged on to your account on your PC at the same time as on your mobile.

How do I make a Skype call /start a Skype chat?
Sign in to Skype from the Switcher. Now highlight the person you want to speak to on Skype, and hit call. Skype will then take several seconds to establish the call.
If you want to chat with someone on Skype, highlight that person in your Skype Contacts list and choose Start Chat.

Does Skype cost me money?
It costs you nothing to make a Skype call to any other Skype user from your INQ Mini 3G, once you have a data subscription with your network. Roaming charges may apply if you are outside your home network. Please check your operator's website for more detailed terms of service.

Can I add my friends on Skype to my address book?
Yes. You can also reach your friends on Skype via the INQ Mini 3G Contacts list. Open contacts (press the Menu key, scroll to Contacts and Open) then choose Options > Skype > Get contacts from Skype.
Once complete, you’ll see all your Skype contacts in your INQ Mini 3G Contacts list. To start a conversation directly from the phone’s Contacts list, highlight a Skype friend (a green icon on the right of the contacts list will show you whether that person is available to talk or not). Now choose Options > Skype > Calls or Start Chat.
